QualFab manufactures annealing bases for high temperature applications. From the most basic to the highest-tech bases, we manufacture a variety of seal designs including liquid and fiber, and “O” ring seal designs used with Hydrogen atmospheres.  Bases can be insulated with an array of heat resistant ceramic fibers or castable insulation as specified, and with pneumatic or hydraulic clamping capabilities.
