QualFab manufactures all types of furnace rolls, including cast and fabricated, and water cooled and dry styles.  Our furnace rolls are used in conveyor systems, as well as furnace applications up to the 2300 ºF temperature range.  Our furnace roll manufacturing capabilities include sizes ranging from three to thirty six inch diameter, and are made in a range of alloys from basic carbon steel to any of the super alloys.
