QualFab produces all styles and designs of annealing furnace muffles & oxidation chambers that are used in a wide variety of industries. We have produced muffles over 10 feet wide and 60 feet long, and in both corrugated and non-corrugated configurations.

Sintering furnace muffles are fabricated in a variety of alloys including 309, 310, 330, 600, 601, and RA602ca, and Haynes alloys HR120 and HR230.

Brazing furnace muffles are manufactured to customer specifications, with strict attention to material selection, joining specifications, and quality control procedures.

Repairs and rebuilds of existing sintering muffles and brazing muffles are done on a regular basis as a cost saving alternative to all new construction. Our skilled craftsmen make sure the highest quality product is manufactured on time, and at a competitive price.
