Heat Treat
QualFab has manufactured many different stainless and high nickel alloy components for the Heat Treat Industry since our inception. We produce radiant tubes of all sizes and styles, from 3" diameter and up, for both OEM and replacement applications.

Wire & Fastener
QualFab has a long history of providing fabricated stainless and high nickel products to the Wire and Fastener Industries for use in both thermal cycling and corrosion applications.
Products are manufactured to customer specifications for both OEMs and as replacement parts, including items for bell annealing installations.

Aerospace
For many years, QualFab has manufactured a wide variety of stainless steel and high nickel alloy fabrications for the Aerospace Industry, used to resist the high-temperature environments encountered in heat treat and CVD coating shops servicing this industry.
Some of the products supplied include CVD coating boxes, dog-house style retorts and bases, round retorts, muffles, work bases and hearth supports, radiant tubes, and egg-crate and serpentine style grids, in addition to a wide array of fixtures manufactured over the years. All products are fabricated by our skilled craftsmen to customer specifications at competitive prices, and to the highest quality standards.

Aluminum
QualFab has for years supplied a variety of stainless and alloy products to the Aluminum Industry for use in high-temperature applications.
Radiant heater tubes in a variety of sizes and styles are produced in-house, including common "U"-shaped and straight tubes in 6" diameter produced on our tube mill — capable of 309 and 330 alloy tubes in almost any length, manufactured to consistent high quality at competitive pricing.
Other items supplied to the industry include fans and diffusers that mount in the roofs of box furnaces, corrugated side walls that line the furnaces in a variety of alloys, and fixtures used to mount or carry loads within high-temperature environments.

Appliance Industry-Enameling
QualFab is a leading producer of fabricated stainless and high nickel alloy components used in the enameling furnaces at major appliance manufacturers, including radiant S-tubes, ductwork, and all types of fixtures and hooks required in the process.

Powdered Metals
QualFab manufactures radiant heater tubes in lengths exceeding 60 feet for furnaces used in the powdered metals industry, along with muffles in a wide range of corrugated and non-corrugated styles.
Radiant heater tubes are available in a full range of sizes and alloys, cast or fabricated to virtually any tube configuration, all built to our customers’ strictest specifications.

Carbon Fiber
Low-temperature muffle furnace equipment is one of QualFab’s specialty items — we have manufactured some of the largest precision LT muffles in the world to date. We specialize in the detail and quality required for OEM furnace designers and builders, as well as for aftermarket equipment.
Our materials and quality have a proven track record handling exposure to high heat and severe environments, manufactured in a wide range of alloys from 309 and 330 to 601 and RA602CA. We have extensive experience across all the high-heat alloys, and can manufacture your unit at a very competitive cost.
